Step 2 : Interview
One of our recruiters will review your profile and contact you for an interview to better understand your qualifications, experience, and employment goals.
Step 3 : Matching with Employers
Based on your profile, we will identify suitable employers in Serbia and Croatia who are actively hiring for roles that match your skills (manufacturing, construction, hospitality, etc.).
Step 4 : Documentation
Once we find your ideal match, we handle the logistics. We'll coordinate the transfer of your existing Unified Work Permit (ID card) or manage a new one if needed. All legal documentation costs, including visa fees and permit processing, are fully covered by BML you can focus on your new role, not the paperwork.
Step 5 : Job Offer & Contract Signing
We will promptly provide a formal job offer. Once you accept and sign the employment contract, we ensure your job is fully registered with the Serbian and Croatian authorities every step is legally compliant and transparent.
Step 6 : Onboarding & Accommodation
We dont just find the job; we help you start it right. BML coordinates with employers for onboarding and orientation. When possible, we also provide up to two months of accommodation to make your transition smooth and comfortable. Our support continues every step of the way.
